From Your Granules to the Right Filling Equipment
You know the pack you want. The challenge is getting your product into it consistently.
Rice, nuts, coffee beans and puffed snacks differ in size, flow and fragility. Levapack helps you choose a granule filling machine and dosing method for your product, target weight and container, then configures a standalone filler or connected line around your planned output.

LINEAR WEIGHING FOR STEADY-FLOWING GRANULES
- Dry granules can feed through weighing channels.
- The finished pack has a target net weight.
- Check feed behavior and output.
For rice, beans, seeds and granulated sugar, assess a four-head linear weigher. Your target dose, feed behavior and container opening help determine the setup.
01
COMBINATION WEIGHING FOR VARIABLE PIECES
- Pieces vary in size and weight.
- Combines portions toward a target weight.
- Check handling, breakage and output.
For nuts, dried fruit and candy, compare a multihead weigher when piece variation or the output goal calls for combination weighing. Check the actual mix before choosing.
01
VOLUME-BASED DOSING FOR SUITABLE LIGHT FOODS
- Measures a set volume.
- Bulk density must be stable enough for the required net weight.
- Check drop height, product contact and breakage for fragile pieces.
For popcorn and puffed snacks, evaluate a measuring cup filler if volume-based dosing meets your pack requirements. Check finished weight variation and breakage with the real product.
Blends, sticky or oily pieces, very fragile foods and fine particles need individual review. Send a sample, target weight and container so Levapack can assess feeding and handling.
Find the Machine That Fits Your Filling Plan
Compare a linear weigher, multihead weigher and measuring cup filler to see how weight-based and volume-based dosing handle your product. The final configuration depends on target dose, container and production pace.
001
Vibratory feed channels supply four weighing heads, which measure each dose before discharge into the container.
001
Combines portions from multiple weighing hoppers toward the set weight, with multi-stage calibration and automatic pause when feed runs short.
001
Measures each dose by volume; the filling-head configuration can be tailored to the required production capacity.

WHY MANUFACTURERS CHOOSE LEVAPACK
Why Manufacturers Choose Levapack for Solid Filling
Built with parts you can identify
Levapack uses key control, drive and pneumatic components from established brands such as Siemens, SEW, SMC and Schneider in its packaging equipment. Specified branded parts are easier to identify and source when maintenance or replacement is needed.
Built for daily use and easier cleaning
Levapack uses stainless steel in its packaging equipment for durability and corrosion resistance. On the four-head linear weigher, the stainless-steel base also improves access to machine parts, making routine cleaning more straightforward.
Detect missing material to keep weighing stable
Levapack’s multihead weigher uses high-precision sensors to detect whether material is present. When the feed runs short, the machine pauses automatically. Together with multi-stage weight calibration, this helps maintain stable weighing during production.
A single filler or a complete line, built around your brief.
You may need one filler connected to existing equipment or a complete granule can filling line. Levapack can configure either scope around your product, container, planned output and available floor space, with infeed, closing, labeling and outfeed stages selected as needed.

Granule filling machine FAQs.
Practical answers on handling, cleaning, site needs and cost.
Breakage often increases at long drops and hard impacts. Shorten transfer paths where the layout allows, reduce feeder vibration while maintaining an even feed, and check whether pieces strike the container rim. Compare the share of intact pieces at your planned output, not only at a slow test speed.
Oil and tackiness can leave buildup on product-contact surfaces; uneven pieces may bridge at narrow openings. After a trial, check where residue gathers or flow stops. Use the largest pieces in your mix when assessing openings, then adjust feeding and contact surfaces for the actual product.
Stop and isolate the machine, empty remaining product, then remove loose residue from the feed path. Clean product-contact parts by the method permitted in the specific machine manual, dry and reassemble them, and check the first fills after restart. Allergen changeovers must follow your plant’s validated cleaning procedure.
Yes, for compatible cans and closures. Nitrogen flushing is a separate stage after dosing and before the pack is sealed; the filler itself does not flush the headspace. Specify the container, lid and headspace target, then verify residual oxygen and seal integrity on finished packs during commissioning.
Possibly, depending on your product, container and output goal. Tell us which steps operators handle now, such as placing and removing containers, feeding product or closing packs, and which you want to automate. Levapack can assess a suitable configuration; confirm the filler's operating mode and specifications before selecting it.
A standalone filler quote covers different equipment than a connected line. Compare the filler, product feed, change parts for each container size, controls, downstream stations, installation and training. A lower machine price may exclude equipment your line needs. Product characteristics, target dose and output determine what belongs in the priced configuration.
