The Levapack pre-made bag packaging lines are made up of a series of different machines that each perform a unique role. We have a standard machine layout but we also offer customized alternatives to match special production requirements.
The following are the components of a standard Levapack premade packaging line.
PLC System: The commands issued by the PLC system are pre-programmed. Consequently, when the machine senses a particular input, it interprets it through the CPU and delivers a predetermined output.
A Weigher: Its role is to ensure that the right quantity of product is dispensed for packaging in the premade pouch.
A Premade Pouch Filling Machine: When a preformed bag is placed under the filling machine’s dispensing hopper, a small lever widens the opening of the bag, and the product is released from the hopper.
A Premade Pouch Sealing Machine: Heat sealing is the most common approach as it is fast and creates a reliable barrier that maintains optimal product freshness.
Pouch Coding Machines: Some of the coding technologies you may encounter include thermal coding, ink coding, and laser coding.
