Automatic Liquid Filling Machines | Levapack

LIQUID FILLING / BUILT AROUND YOUR PRODUCT

Fill the product you make. Protect the pack you sell.

Automatic liquid filling machines for drinks, oils, syrups and thicker recipes.

A liquid that splashes, a syrup that trails from the nozzle, or a bottle with a narrow neck can change the result. Levapack helps you find a filling route around your product, container and planned output.

01

What flows through your filler?

The way a product pours is only the start. How it behaves at the nozzle—and whether it carries pieces—helps point to the filling method worth considering.

Free-flowing liquids
Water • vinegar • clear juice
Oils & syrups
Edible oil • smooth syrup
Thicker or with pieces
Viscous recipes • small particles

01

WATER-LIKE LIQUIDS

Fast flow needs a controlled stop.

Thin drinks and vinegar can splash into a container and drip as the fill ends. An adjustable fill time, selectable heads and a one-way valve give your team ways to manage each part of the cycle.

01

SMOOTH / PARTICLE-FREE

Meter the portion. Watch the cut-off.

Oils and smooth syrups may flow steadily yet leave a drop at the nozzle. Servo-driven gear-pump metering provides a route for particle-free products; optional suck-back can help when the product trails.

01

THICKER RECIPES / PIECES

Give a thicker recipe a suitable path.

Sauce-like products and liquids with pieces need more than a different fill setting. Piston and rotor-pump options let you consider the product path, the size of any pieces and the container opening together.

Four machines. A route for your liquid.

From a particle-free drink to a thicker recipe with pieces, each machine gives you a different way to move product into the pack.

Working with a sauce-like recipe?

Keep the dose right. Keep the pack clean.

A fill that varies can mean giveaway or rework. Liquid left on the rim can complicate closing. Levapack’s filling options address these issues in different ways, depending on your product and pack.

01

FILL CONTROL
Is each pack getting the amount you intended?

A change in product flow can affect how much enters the container.

LEVAPACK RESPONSE

Levapack offers adjustable fill timing or servo-driven metering to help you tune each dose toward your target and reduce unnecessary giveaway.

02

CLEAN TRANSFER
What happens to the liquid at the nozzle?

Drops, splashes or foam can leave liquid where the next step needs a clear rim.

LEVAPACK RESPONSE

Levapack offers adjustable fill timing or servo-driven metering to help you tune each dose toward your target and reduce unnecessary giveaway.

03

PRODUCT MATCH
Can the recipe pass through the chosen setup?

A thin juice and a sauce carrying pieces place different demands on the pump, valves and nozzle.

LEVAPACK RESPONSE

Levapack offers filling options for free-flowing liquids, thicker recipes and products with pieces. We can help select the pump and filling path around your recipe and container.

A good fill needs the next step to fit.

Adding a filler to an existing line? Or planning a complete liquid packaging line for bottles or cans? Levapack can discuss the equipment stages around your product, closure, target output and available space. The stations and interfaces are set for each project.

Start with the details that decide the fill.

Tell us what you fill, how much goes into each pack, and what the pack looks like. With those details, Levapack can narrow the machine and identify the points to confirm before your layout is finalized.

Describe the liquid

Share its flow at filling temperature, any foam or pieces, and the fill amount you need.

Show the container

Send a sample or drawing of the opening, neck, body and closure so the nozzle and handling can be reviewed.

Set the production goal

Give the planned output and the equipment before and after the filler. These details shape the machine and line scope.

Liquid filling machine FAQs.

Eight questions that help turn a promising machine into a workable setup.

No. Volume tells you how much space the liquid occupies; net weight also depends on its density. Density can change with temperature or formulation. A similar visual fill line is a separate measure: bottle shape, manufacturing variation and foam can all affect what you see. Tell us whether your acceptance target is volume, net weight or visible level.

Flow and nozzle cut-off can change with temperature, so a setting that works at one temperature may need checking at another. Share the temperature range at which you plan to fill, and compare the result across that range. The piston filler has a heated hopper and the rotor-pump filler has a heated tank; whether either is appropriate depends on your product.

Send a container sample or a dimensioned drawing. Include the opening's inner and outer diameters, neck height, shoulder and body dimensions, container material, closure and target fill amount. These details help confirm nozzle clearance, positioning and whether any container-handling parts need to change.

It depends on the liquids, packs and machine. A changeover may involve cleaning the product path, updating fill settings, adjusting nozzles or guides, and checking the first filled packs. Ask Levapack to define the steps for your specific changeover before estimating how long it will take.

Depending on the machine, your liquid may pass through a hopper or tank, pump, valves, hoses and filling nozzles. Our gear-pump filler uses 316 stainless steel components and PEEK gears in its product path. Share your formulation and cleaning needs so Levapack can confirm the contact materials in your chosen setup.

No. The piston filler’s stated clean-in-place function applies to its hopper, and the rotor-pump filler’s applies to its material tank. That does not establish automatic cleaning of every pipe, pump, valve or nozzle. Confirm the cleaning method for the full product path on the configuration you plan to buy.

The supplied machine sheets list 220 V, 50/60 Hz power and compressed air: 0.4–0.6 MPa for the eight-head liquid filler and about 0.6 MPa for the other listed models. Check the final power phase, electrical load and air demand for your chosen configuration. Allow space for the machine, conveyors, containers, operator access and maintenance—not only its published dimensions.

Plan around your product, run time and cleaning routine. Check seals, valves, nozzles, hoses and moving parts as directed by the final machine manual. The supplied equipment lists include items such as seals, clamps, valves and chain plates, with included and recommended spare parts varying by model. Confirm the parts list and replacement schedule for your chosen setup.
