Industrial filling machines

A Consistent Fill for Your Product. A Smoother Run for Your Team.

Keep your product consistent as production grows. Levapack matches your powder, paste, solids or liquid to the right industrial food filling machine—and the line around it.

01

A fragile nut. A thick sauce. A dusty powder. Start with what makes your product different, then build the filling process around it.

Snacks, Nuts & Dried Fruit

Your nuts and dried fruit vary in size and density. The portion your customers expect shouldn’t. We plan around those differences to help keep fills consistent and reduce unnecessary overfilling.

Jam, Ketchup & Thick Sauces

Your sauces vary in thickness, so they don’t all flow or stop the same way. Drips on jar rims and sticky spills mean more cleaning for your team. We match the filling setup to your sauce’s thickness to help control portions and reduce the mess.

Pickles, Olives & Preserved Vegetables

Uneven portions of pickles and too much or too little brine leave your team correcting jars by hand. We plan the solid portion and liquid fill together to help keep each jar consistent and reduce those extra adjustments.

Coffee, Protein & Nutrition Powders

You want clean packs and the right portion inside. We look at how your powder flows and where dust can escape to help keep filling cleaner and weights consistent.

03 / Think beyond the filler

One Filling Machine or a Complete Line. Built Around Your Production.

A fast filler only helps when the rest of your line keeps up. Plan feeding, filling and closing together to reduce bottlenecks.

Start with a filler

Match an independent unit to your current process, space and budget.

Connect the full line

Coordinate the stations around your filler, with room for future automation.

04 / Confidence before commitment

Know what’s behind your next production run.

When choosing a filling machine manufacturer, look closely at how the equipment is built, tested and supported after delivery.

Installation and commissioning support • Levapack

In-house CNC milling, turning and grinding reaches tolerances as tight as 2μm for applicable core components. Frames and product-contact parts use 1.5mm to 2mm thick #304 or #316 stainless steel. Siemens, Schneider and SMC components are selected to suit your configuration.

Your machine’s checks include more than 100 consecutive sample operations, a 48-hour no-load run and a 36-hour aging test. Functional spot checks help verify performance. Review the test videos before shipment, with dosing accuracy checked against the agreed requirements.

Keep your team supported with operation manuals, critical spare parts kits and 7x24-hour rapid-response remote troubleshooting via video calls. On-site installation and targeted training are available. Your equipment carries a 12 to 16-month warranty, depending on the machine model and contract.

Before you choose

Good questions. Better decisions.

Practical answers to help you plan your filling machine investment.

It depends on the products and formats. They need a compatible filling principle, with suitable change parts, dosing tools, nozzles or saved settings. Share your full SKU range before the configuration is fixed. One setup may not cover every product.

Product behavior, fill amount, container stability and the number of filling heads all affect results. Feeding consistency and downstream line balance matter, too. A model’s headline speed is not a project guarantee. Verify targets with the agreed product, container and acceptance method.

Semi-automatic equipment can suit lower volumes, frequent changeovers or early-stage production. Automatic equipment becomes useful when output is steady and manual transfers limit production. Review whether upstream and downstream equipment can keep pace.

The filling principle, dosing range and number of heads affect price. So do contact materials, feeding, container handling and controls. Seaming, capping, labeling and coding add to the project scope. Share your product and output requirements for a useful quotation.

Share a floor plan with the available area, ceiling height, access doors and operator, cleaning and maintenance clearances. Include the electrical supply, compressed air and any required water or drainage. We also review product feeding, container flow, conveyor height and the equipment before and after filling.

Send the product name and characteristics, container dimensions and photos, fill target and tolerance, and required output. Include the destination electrical standard and whether you need filling only or a complete line. We can then confirm whether product and container samples are needed.
