Tuttavia, poich\u00e9 \u00e8 impossibile fare il vuoto completo, una determinata quantit\u00e0 di ossigeno rimarr\u00e0 comunque all'interno delle confezioni.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'atmosfera contiene ossigeno 21% a una pressione atmosferica di 1.000 millibar. Quando l'ossigeno viene prelevato dalla confezionatrice sottovuoto durante il processo di sigillatura, la pressione atmosferica all'interno del contenitore diminuisce. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando la pressione scende a 100 millibar, all'interno della confezione rimangono circa 2,1% di ossigeno. Se invece la pressione scende a 10 millibar, rimarranno circa 0,21% di ossigeno.
