d'augmenter la dur\u00e9e de conservation d'un produit alimentaire en aspirant l'air \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des r\u00e9cipients avant de les sceller. Toutefois, comme il est impossible de faire un vide complet, une certaine quantit\u00e9 d'oxyg\u00e8ne reste \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des emballages.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'atmosph\u00e8re contient de l'oxyg\u00e8ne 21% \u00e0 une pression atmosph\u00e9rique de 1 000 millibars. Lorsque l'oxyg\u00e8ne est retir\u00e9 par la machine d'emballage sous vide pendant le processus de scellage, la pression atmosph\u00e9rique \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du conteneur diminue. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque la pression tombe \u00e0 100 millibars, il reste environ 2,1% d'oxyg\u00e8ne gazeux \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'emballage. Si la pression tombe \u00e0 10 millibars, il reste environ 0,21% d'oxyg\u00e8ne.
