M\u00f6glichkeit, die Haltbarkeit eines Lebensmittels zu verl\u00e4ngern, indem die Luft aus den Beh\u00e4ltern abgesaugt wird, bevor sie versiegelt werden. Da es jedoch unm\u00f6glich ist, ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Vakuum zu erzeugen, verbleibt immer noch eine bestimmte Menge an Sauerstoff in den Verpackungen.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Atmosph\u00e4re enth\u00e4lt 21% Sauerstoff bei einem atmosph\u00e4rischen Druck von 1.000 Millibar. Da der Sauerstoff von der Vakuumverpackungsmaschine w\u00e4hrend des Versiegelungsprozesses entzogen wird, sinkt der atmosph\u00e4rische Druck im Inneren des Beh\u00e4lters. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn der Druck auf 100 Millibar sinkt, verbleiben etwa 2,1% Sauerstoffgas in der Verpackung. Sinkt der Druck auf 10 Millibar, verbleiben noch etwa 0,21% Sauerstoff.
